Welcome to NinjaSalon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NinjaSalon's website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NinjaSalon ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using NinjaSalon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. NinjaSalon provides a comprehensive salon management platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Online appointment booking and scheduling
• Stylist calendar and schedule management
• Automated client follow-up communications
• Customer relationship management tools
• Service and pricing management
• Business analytics and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NINJASALON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
